PART 'P' Electrical Installations:

From 1st January 2005, new government regulations were introduced with regard to almost all electrical installations, which must now be carried out to comply with Part ‘P’ of the building regulations.
All electrical works must be undertaken by a Part ‘P’ Registered electrician. Certification must be issued by the electrician and retained by the customer.
